Admission process for 2026-30 batch under management as well as government quota are now open.
All candidates who wish to avail admission are required register their names in the university CAP admission portal.
Those who wish to avail selection under university quota should register their name in the university CAP admission portal. Details of selection will be intimated to the candidates as per the admission schedule issued by the university. Thereafter selected candidates can join after fulfilling the requirements.
For candidates who seek admission under management quota should submit their application in the prescribed form which is available in our web site. They have to pay Rs.500/- as processing fee in addition to the fees prescribed by the University. Remittance of processing fee in cash can be made directly in the office. It can also be made online to our Account No. 0708053000002886, IFSC Code: SIBL0000708 South Indian Bank Ltd., Choondacherry Branch.
How to submit application for Management seat.
Steps to locate application form
From home page – Click BHM Admission 2026-30 - Select category (ie., management), confirm, and submit. Now the application form becomes visible.
Fill up the application and submit. Affix a passport size photograph in the hard copy received after final submission and to submit the same along with self attested copies of SSLC & Plus two or equivalent print out and proof of remittance of processing fee.
Candidates are welcome to the Institute to utilize the computer facilities and assistance provided for submitting their online application, for CAP as well as management seats.

Candidates who have received allotments through CAP should join the course as per the schedule and rules prescribed by M G University.
